Starbright Child Care, Inc. is a growing childcare, preschool and Early Head Start program headquartered in Hayward, WI. We seek dependable, caring and self-motivated teachers and teacher assistants. 

No experience? No problem! We will train the right candidates! If you are interested in obtaining a degree in Early Childhood while working for us, we sponsor full scholarships!

• Monday - Friday daytime hours

Responsibilities include:

• Care and education of children
• Curriculum and program development and delivery
• Parent communication
• Observe/monitor children’s activities and record observations
• Instruct and assist children in personal habits such as eating, resting and toilet habits.
• Support and guide children’s emotional and social development

Qualifications:

• Experience in early childhood education preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills required
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
