MOTORSPORTS OF MELBOURNE INC is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fit Specialist to join our team. As a Fit Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Harley-Davidson brand. Duties:

• maintaining database of customers
• Conducting test rides
• Staying up to date with Harley Davidson training
• sales knowledge or willingness to learn

Requirements:

• Licensed motorcycle rider
• Previous experience in sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles
• passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, the lifestyle and the culture
• Experience with sales pipeline management and cold calling is desirable
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
• Outgoing personality
