The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in developing and executing the company’s digital marketing initiatives.

This position is responsible for driving brand visibility, generating leads, and increasing online engagement through targeted digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content development. The role will also support trade show logistics and event-based marketing efforts. Occasional travel is required with strong collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following, but not limited to)

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.
• Manage the creation and scheduling of engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Maintain a digital marketing calendar, coordinate campaign timelines, and ensure content deadlines are met.
• Track KPIs and compile reports on digital engagement, email performance, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
• Assist in creating and maintaining digital assets including graphics, video snippets, and landing pages.
• Support content updates and maintenance on company websites and product listings.
• Contribute to SEO efforts through basic keyword optimization and content alignment.
• Monitor trends and recommend adjustments to improve performance across all digital channels.

Event & Tradeshow Support:
• Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics for trade shows and distributor events.
• Maintain event samples and marketing materials, and support sample ordering when required.
• Help track and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and event participation.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Additional Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent course work or related experience in a Marketing Communications field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or promotional products environment.
