About the Role

The Company is seeking a Career Coach to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the various stages of the career pathways program, including education, training, and employment services. This role involves developing and implementing effective coaching strategies to help students overcome challenges and barriers to employment, as well as coordinating supportive services to ensure their ongoing participation in the program. The Career Coach will also be involved in goal setting, decision-making, and providing individual and group support to maximize the information and resources available to the students. Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company should have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1-2 years' of case management or related experience. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with data entry in cloud-based CRM platforms. The role requires a high level of comfort with data reports, a commitment to a data-driven culture, and experience in program planning and coordination. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a strong orientation toward community engagement, and have a positive outlook on the evolving landscape of workforce development. Experience in public speaking, volunteer management, or curriculum development, as well as a background in human service agencies, education institutions, or workforce development, is also preferred.
