Position Title: Assembly Technician III

Wage: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Shift: 1st

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to work Monday–Friday, 1st shift assembling RTDs, thermocouples, and high-pressure components. Assembly Technician Responsibilities:
- Assemble various sensor components including RTDs, thermocouples, platinum elements, and high-pressure parts.
- Operate hand and power tools such as chop saws, troch, and benders.
- Perform basic brazing and tack welding as needed.
- Accurately read and follow job prints, work orders, and assembly instructions.
- Ensure proper documentation of time, material usage, and lot numbers.
- Verify materials and instructions for accuracy before and during assembly.
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., better tooling and assembly methods).
- Support new product development and other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements for Assembly Technician:
- Experience or strong understanding of temperature sensors and components
- Proficient in basic math and measuring tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Committed to producing high-quality parts and improving production efficiency
- Reliable transportation
